Three indicators, per the Phase 1 brief. Every hours figure below is summed from the attendance record at read time.

Sessions unsigned
1 · T2MIS enrolment deadline
Due 15 days before training starts (REG-004). Red inside 15 days means the window is closing or already missed.
2 · Trainees who can no longer reach 152 hours
Hours attended + hours not yet delivered < 152. Both sides are derived: attended from ebet_attendance, delivered from ebet_sessions.
3 · Sessions past their date with no facilitator sign-off
An unsigned sheet is not a record. REG-005 is signed on the day of training.
Trainee enrolment — EBET-REG-001 Rev. 02
Full programme only: all 5 modules, 17 units, 168 hours. No partial enrolment.
Roster
"Hrs att." is summed from the attendance record — it is never stored on the trainee.
Batch management — EBET-REG-004 Rev. 02
Maximum 15 trainees per batch, the recommended class size registered on the CTPR.
Batches
Daily attendance — EBET-REG-005 Rev. 02
Maximum 8 hours credited per day (RA 12063). The sheet is opened and signed on the day of training; attendance may not be recorded retrospectively.
Hold ⌘ / Ctrl to select more than one. REG-005 requires the units covered, and the list shows only those you are registered to facilitate.
Attendance sheet
REG-005 asks for a signature over a printed name. PCY signs in on shared role mailboxes, so the login identifies the desk — this name is what records who was actually at the keyboard.
Sign-off is one-way. Once signed, the day's attendance is immutable — that immutability is what a TESDA audit relies on.

T2MIS enrolment export
The column layout below is not a specification. It mirrors REG-001 and REG-004 because those are the forms TESDA registered, but whether T2MIS takes a CSV, a fixed spreadsheet template, or manual portal entry has not been confirmed with the TESDA Provincial Office. Confirm the format before filing, and this export will be rebuilt to match.
